Terms of use

These terms apply to this website. They do not replace a scoping note on paid work. Reading a page does not create an advisory relationship.

The site

Who publishes these pages

This website is published by Singaporeaitools, an independent AI advisory practice established in Singapore in 2026. Address: 38 Beach Road, South Beach Tower, Singapore 189767. Email: [email protected]. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please leave the pages and write to us by telephone if you still wish to speak.

The site describes services and ways of working. It is general guidance. It does not constitute legal advice. It does not constitute an offer that you can accept merely by browsing. An engagement starts only when a scoping note is signed.

Content

Accuracy, examples, and third parties

We take care with what we publish. Frameworks from public bodies, including materials from the Infocomm Media Development Authority, can change. You should read the current official text before you rely on a summary. Sector remarks about financial or clinical settings are pointers for conversation with your own specialists. They are not approvals and they are not a checklist we tick on your behalf.

Illustrative scenarios on the overview page are composite examples, not records of named clients. They are labelled as illustrative. You should not treat them as a promise of a similar result. We do not publish testimonials, star ratings, or client logos on this site.

Links to other sites, including the map in the footer, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those destinations. The map uses a Google Maps embed without an application programming key on this site. Your browser may still contact Google to display it.

Use

What you may and may not do with the pages

You may read the pages, share a link, and print a copy for your organisation’s internal discussion. You may not copy large passages into a product you sell, present the text as your own advice, or scrape the site in a way that degrades the service for others. You may not use the contact form to send unlawful content, to paste other people’s personal data, or to attempt to disrupt the host.

All names, the word Singaporeaitools, and the arrangement of these pages are used to identify the practice. You may not use the name in a way that suggests a partnership, a vendor relationship, or an endorsement we have not given. We do not authorise others to resell our name as a software brand.

Limits

Liability and governing law

The site is provided as a public description of the practice. To the extent permitted by the law of Singapore, we are not liable for loss that arises merely from reading or relying on a web page without an engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a rule applies.

Paid work is governed by the scoping note for that work, which will name fees, confidentiality, and the limit of our role. We do not write production software. We do not replace your lawyer. We do not guarantee a percentage of savings. Those refusals on the public pages are also refusals in the work.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Courts of Singapore have jurisdiction. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The date below is the date of the current text. Last updated 13 February 2026.
