The practice
An independent advisory practice, established in Singapore in 2026. We help mid-sized organisations decide where artificial intelligence belongs, and where it does not, before another quarter is spent on the wrong tool.
South Beach Tower, Beach Road
Why a practice
Singaporeaitools exists because many firms were being offered a stack of tools before anyone had named the job. The practice is small on purpose. We sell time, written findings, and a working session. We do not sell licences. We do not collect commission from vendors. We do not write production code. Those refusals are how the recommendation stays attached to your situation.
We chose the word practice rather than agency because the work looks more like counsel than like a campaign. You bring a decision. We help you structure it, test it against the files and the people who do the work, and leave you with a note you can forward. If the honest conclusion is to wait, the note says wait. Established in Singapore in 2026, we have no earlier founding story to dress up, and we do not invent tenure we do not have.
Who sits with us
Most clients sit in a familiar band: about fifty to five hundred people, with operations in Singapore and often a regional footprint.
In that band, a director can still change a process, and a poorly chosen assistant can still spread through every inbox. We work with operations, technology, finance, and privacy contacts in the same engagement, because no single function holds the full picture. Boards sometimes commission the work. The interviews still have to reach the people who would live with the tool.
We are a poor fit for a two-person start-up looking for a builder, and a poor fit for a global transformation office looking for a thousand-person roll-out. We are a good fit when several subscriptions already exist without a rule, when a demo has failed on real documents, or when counsel has asked what personal data leaves the building under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Facts
2026
Established in Singapore in 2026. Every page on this site uses that year.
Independent
Fees only from clients. No vendor commission and no licence resale.
50–500
The size of organisation the work is designed for, in people, not in slogan form.
One day
We reply within one working day, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 SGT.
There is no team page and no staff biographies. The practice writes as “we”. If you need named individuals on a statement of work, that happens in the scoping note, not in a marketing grid of portraits.
Place
The office is at 38 Beach Road, South Beach Tower, Singapore 189767. Meetings are by appointment. Much of the fieldwork happens at your site or on a video call, because the files and the process owners are there. Phone +65 6812 3407. Mail [email protected]. Hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Singapore time.
This site is hosted on shared infrastructure located in Singapore. We keep public materials from the Infocomm Media Development Authority in view, including the Model AI Governance Framework for Generative AI and the AI Verify test toolkit, as a shared vocabulary with clients. Those documents are guides. They are not a licence to skip counsel.
Limits
We are not a law firm. We are not a software house. We are not a reseller. We do not publish client logos, testimonials, or star ratings, because those devices would require us to name people and firms we have no right to parade. Where we show examples, they are labelled as illustrative composites.
If you need production engineering, we will say so in the first conversation so you can find a builder. If you need a legal opinion, we will say so that you can instruct counsel. If you need a conversation about where AI belongs in the next twelve months, that is the work. Write a short note and we will reply within one working day.
