Please use the work email you actually read. A personal address slows the reply when we need to confirm the organisation. If your note is urgent because personal data has already gone into a public tool, say that in the first line and copy your privacy contact.

What happens next
You should receive a reply within one working day. We will propose a time for a conversation, or we will ask one or two clarifying questions if the note is too thin to use. After the call you receive a written recap. If a piece of advisory work would help, the recap is followed by a scoping note with fee, questions, and dates. Fieldwork starts only when that note is signed.
If we are the wrong practice, we will still say what kind of help you probably need. Typical redirects are to qualified counsel for a legal interpretation, to a security team for a regulated workload, or to a builder when the request is production software. We would rather send you away clearly than accept a brief we cannot stand behind.

What helps in the first note
A sentence on the organisation and roughly how many people it employs. The decision you are trying to make in the next quarter. Whether a board paper, a stalled pilot, a cluster of subscriptions, or a question from counsel is what brought you here. Names of tools already in use, if you know them. Whether sample documents would need an NDA before they move.
You do not need a brief of many pages. Three or four sentences are enough to start. We will not ask you to paste customer data into this form. Information you send is used to reply to the enquiry, as described in the privacy notice.
The call itself
What the first conversation covers
We ask what changed so that artificial intelligence is on the agenda now. Typical answers include a board paper, a cluster of subscriptions, a demo that failed on real files, or a question from counsel about data leaving the building. We ask who feels the friction today, what a useful next quarter would look like, and what you have already tried. We also ask what you do not want from us, including production code, a legal opinion, or a promised saving.
The call lasts thirty to forty-five minutes. It is free. You receive a written recap whether or not you continue. If a readiness review, a vendor assessment, or a supervised pilot would help, we say which and why. If the work needs a lawyer, a security team, or a builder, the recap names that in ordinary language. Established in Singapore in 2026, we keep this first conversation small so it can happen within a working week.
You do not need to prepare a slide pack. You do need someone who can describe the process in the same words a new colleague would hear. If two functions disagree about the problem, it is useful if both can join. We will not ask you to share customer files on that first call.

The map in the footer is an ordinary embed and shows the same address. If you prefer a meeting at your office, say so in the note. Fieldwork almost always happens where the files and the process owners sit, which is rarely our meeting room.
Telephone hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Singapore time. Messages left outside those hours are read the next working morning. We reply within one working day to mail sent to [email protected]. If you are writing from a regional office, include the time zone in which your sponsor can speak. We can hold the first conversation by video when travel is a poor use of the week.
Please do not put other people’s personal data in the form. A description of the process is enough. Sample files, if they are needed later, move only after a scoping note and, where you require it, a non-disclosure agreement. That boundary protects you as much as it protects the practice.
